Shipping

We will accept orders addressed to post office box addresses. We do not hold responsibility for any errors as a result of incorrect account information.

Orders will be dispatched within 2 business days of receiving payment. Transit times are between 1 and 6 days according to your post code. By placing an item in your shopping cart and clicking "CHECKOUT" you will see how many days transit to expect.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Global Village merchandise. You may return any of our products, including your receipt, and we will exchange it for merchandise of an equal value. If you receive a damaged or a defective item, we will send you a replacement product once you have returned the damaged or defective product. There will be no additional shipping charge or handling fee for any product that requires replacement as a result of being damaged or defective due to shipments. It is NOT store policy to issue cash refunds.

Packaging and Shipping Your Return

Please package your return in the original box or packaging, if you have it, include the receipt, and send it to:

Please include the following information with your return: indicate whether you want a credit note or replacement, the reason for the return, and its price.

Credit Notes

Credit notes will be mailed to you if you wish, and are redeemable at our store, or we will issue you with a digital credit note as a form of payment for online purchases. Please indicate which type of credit note you would prefer.

Exchanges

You can exchange your returned item for another of equal value. If you'd like to exchange the item for one that costs more, we'll charge you for the difference. If you purchased your item at our store then you need to return it to the store of purchase. If you purchased your item online then you need to mail the item to our above return address.
