How To Order

If you're new here, we've described how to select items to order.
Step 1 - Search for products in the Find box at the top of the page. For example, type in frangipani and press enter. Or, browse the categories in the left menu.
Step 2 - Once you have selected your items, its time to proceed to the checkout.

  • Select Checkout at the top of the screen.
  • Select the delivery method and click Continue
  • Select your payment method and click Continue
  • Take the time to check your order carefully before clicking Confirm Order
  • You're done! You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

The site is supposed to be simple to use. However, if anything doesn't work for you, don't waste time, send an email from the Contact Us link at the top of the screen. Let us know a convenient time to call and give us your number and we'll get back to you.

TURNAROUND: How soon will my parcel arrive?

It depends on your location. Delivery times are explained in the shipping/returns page.

HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE: What is postage to my location?

It depends on your location. If you sign in, the postage to your postcode is displayed by clicking the checkout button.

POSTAGE FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS: How much is postage for multiple items?

If you want to buy more than one item, the combined postage rate will be better than the rate per single item.

LOCAL PICKUP: I was wondering if you do local pickup? We do not offer local pickup for Internet orders because the products are kept in a storeroom at a different location from our retail stores.

DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADRESS: Can you send my order to a different address?

We're happy to send to alternative addresses, in the your account click the link to view or change entries in your address book. Add the alternative address before proceeding to the checkout. At the payment information page please click the change address button to select the alternative address.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER: I know I bought the black but can I change my mind and have the natural?

Try to choose carefully before you buy. But we know people make mistakes, so we try to help if we can.

RETURNS POLICY: What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy is explained in the shipping/returns page.

ITEM NOT DELIVERED: You have said that my parcel was despatched last week, but it hasn't arrived; are you sure you sent it?

We have not lost an item with Australia Post in 3 years, and have sent over 1000 items. However, there are sometimes delays. We use the estimated delivery times as provided by Australia Post. In some rare cases we have found that our item arrives a day late, even 2 or 3 days late. Also note that because some items a sent in relatively large size boxes, Australia post often deliver in the afternoon separate from regular mail. In other rare cases, we've found that occasionally parcels are waiting out the back of the post office, but for the post office has not notified the customer. If your item has not arrived, you need to ask your post office to check the back room. The last resort is to lodge formal paperwork with Australia Post, but we've never needed to use this step.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE: I'm not in Australia, can you post to me?

At present we ship to Australia only.

EMAIL REPLY: I sent you an email yesterday, but you haven't responded?

Our email is monitored regularly. Occasionally we respond to emails, but our message has gone to the SPAM folder in your email program. Please check this first. We will always receive your email, so if you're not receiving a return email, please email with your phone number or mobile, and we'll gladly call you.

PHONE ORDERS: Can you call me to arrange an order?

We are happy to call you to place your order.

TAX INVOICES: Can you send me a tax invoice?

Tax invoices are included with your delivery.

HOLD/LAYBY: Can I buy an item today, and pay next week?

Due to difficult negotiations with customers in the past, we're no longer offering to hold or layby items.

STOCK AVAILABILITY: Do you have any more of a product, there are none or not enough listed?

If there is an item we have listed before but it is not currently listed, we may be out of stock. If you want more of a product but there is not enough listed, we will obtain more for you if we can.

DIFFERENT PRODUCTS: Have you got a specific product, I don't see it listed?

We are not able to offer all products that are in our retail stores because the website store room is at a different location.

PRODUCT INFORMATION: How do I use this product?

We have written product guides for our most popular products. Just follow the link at the top of the page.

WHOLESALE: Can I buy wholesale? We only wholesale to retail stores, we do not sell wholesale to the public. We welcome wholesale inquiries through our wholesale website, www.Szasha.com.au
